We know from experience how quickly church life can feel out of control. Volunteers chasing their serving slots, members looking for the right group, or external customers needing clear booking details and an easy way to pay — every interaction matters.
Today we’re excited to share a cleaner, more modern design for Serving, Booking, and Group pages — simple, intuitive, and frictionless for everyone who uses them.
A warmer welcome for your serving team
Your volunteers simply want one clear place to view their upcoming serving requests, accept or decline where needed, and stay organised without any hassle.
The new Serving page (the one linked in rota notification emails) now feels lighter, friendlier and even more mobile-friendly. With clean cards, instant filters, prominent Accept/Decline options, and an easy iCal subscribe button, everything is obvious at a glance.
No learning curve, just calm, helpful order.
Payments, made even smoother
External customers booking a room often experience your church through a single booking page. That page needs to feel professional, trustworthy and effortless.
The refreshed Booking page now presents information in clear, well-organised sections: booking details, sequence dates, resources, responses and charges. Outstanding payments are easy to see, and the entire payment experience flows more naturally — with better navigation and clearer status information throughout.
It’s a small but meaningful lift that makes the process feel even more calm and professional for everyone involved.
Group sign-up, made inviting
Whether you embed a group on your website or share the link directly, the public Group page is often someone’s first real impression of that community.
The new design keeps everything familiar while giving it a warmer, more contemporary feel: better use of imagery, clearer details, and an improved sign-up experience. Sign-up remains available only when you want it to be, but the whole page now feels more welcoming and aligned with other pages.
Why this matters
These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to remove friction and bring order — so the systems and processes behind your ministry stay quietly in the background, letting the real work of the church shine. The changes are already live on your account, ready for you to try out.
We’d love to hear what your team and congregation think — the early feedback has been really encouraging.
