As the amount of data you handle grows, it can be tricky to drill down to exactly what you need. Earlier this year we rolled out a major update to improve the usability and flexibility of filters across the system. Now, we’ve built on those improvements with more filters and functionality — here’s what’s new:
Search People with Multiple Statuses
Finding the right people just got easier. You can now filter across multiple statuses — for example, Active and Archived — to locate someone even if you’re unsure of their current status. It's a small change with a big impact - you'll find it available for Contacts, Children, Customers, and Givers.
Finding Potentially Duplicated People
There’s a new Potential Duplicates filter to help you spot duplicate records. Choose how duplicates are identified — by first/last name, mobile, and/or email — so you can catch variations like formal names and “known as” names.
Enhanced Event Sign-Up Filtering
Managing event sign-ups is now even more intuitive. The Sign-Ups tab now has improved filtering, showing you exactly which filters are applied. Pin your favourites so they’re always ready when you open the list — a big time-saver when managing events.
Find Recently Used Songs with Ease
We've added a "Latest Usage" filter to the Songs section of the Planning module. Now, you can quickly find songs based on when they were last used - say, in the past three months. This feature helps you gain a clear overview of your church's worship library, making it easier to plan services that resonate with your congregation.
Powerful New Filters in the Giving Module
We've brought the robust filtering options from the Donations section to the Donations tab on giver profiles. Now, when reviewing a giver's donation history, you can filter by Status, Fund, Method, Gateway (with a handy link to Stripe or GoCardless transactions), Amount, and, for UK churches, Gift Aid status. Pin frequently used filters, customise displayed columns, and enjoy settings that persist across login sessions.
