Last week was a first for us: over 50 ChurchSuite users gathered on Zoom for our first ever online user forum! At ChurchSuite, customer support is something we deeply value. This is why we do our best to provide resources such as videos and support articles, as well as coming alongside our users and supporting them via email or chat. User Forums are an extension of that: they're all about the ChurchSuite community - users helping other users directly and learning from each other!
ChurchSuite user forums are comprised of groups of like-minded ChurchSuite users, usually across a locality. They meet periodically to share ideas and experiences of using ChurchSuite in their context.
This was our first attempt at organising an online user forum and we had a great time! We received some fantastic feedback, some of which will help us as we look to develop this format further. It was great to see so many comments about how the user forum encouraged users to dive deeper into what ChurchSuite has to offer:
"I wasn't too sure what to expect, but found it really helpful listening to others and sharing information. I have long felt that I don't get as much from CS as I should, so this is encouraging me to explore and be bolder!"

ChurchSuite is more than just a piece of software - it's software that supports your church, extends God's kingdom. So we love it when like-minded ChurchSuite users get together to encourage each other, share best practices and learn from each other.
